Can I include a small picture on a "basic cover" ?

No. The "basic" album / mixtape cover is a text based design. You have a choice of background color and a font if you have something in mind otherwise SupaFly Graphics designers will decide what best fits the mood of the title.

How long will it take to receive my design ?

The typical answer is three days from the order being processed. E-mail contact will be made within 24-hours. Phone contact will be made within 48-hours if needed. Proof file will be delivered by 72-hours on basic designs. Extensive work takes longer (this will be noted in e-mail) and revisions can also delay final delivery date.

Can I receive a discount when ordering multiple designs ?

Yes, but this 20% discount is applied to any order from one design and up.

Can I get an order rushed ?

Yes. SupaFly Graphics offers priority service for an additional fee. Get your design in as little as 24-hours.

Am I making the right choice with SupaFly Graphics?

Yes! If SupaFly Graphics can't create the vision that vision, your money will be refunded in full (minus any processing fees, depending how you paid).
